It aims to promote the exchange and cooperation between experts, scholars and business people in the field of microelectronics and optoelectronic materials in China, share the latest achievements in the research of microelectronics and optoelectronic materials, processes and devices, and further enhance the academic level and technological innovation ability in the field of microelectronics and optoelectronic materials in China.
