Ingrid Shi Secretary General

　　Ms. Shi Ying is the founder and the Secretary General of the Integrated Circuit Materials Industry Technology Innovative Alliance. She is also the Secretary General of China Semiconductor Industry Association Related Industry Branch (Materials and Equipment). Senior Engineer, MBA, Visiting Scholar of Harvard Kennedy School.
      For more than 15 years, she has been engaging in the strategic research and the national R&D project planning in the field of integrated circuit materials. With the wide reach in Chinese materials companies, she has been involved in the activities of encouraging policy research on the integrated circuit industry and its supply chain. She is now the member of National Advanced Materials Industry Development Experts Committee.
