Chao Zhao Chairman

　　Researcher of the Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is currently the director of the Integrated Circuit Pilot Process R & D Center of the Institute. He received a bachelor's degree from Nanjing University in 1982, a master's degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1988, and a doctorate from Leuven University in Belgium in 1999. From January 2000 to March 2010, he served as a senior scientist at IMEC. He has published more than 150 papers in international academic journals and conferences and applied for 80 invention patents.
