Pan Jiaoqing is a researcher at the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a doctoral supervisor. Her research focuses on the growth of InP-based and GaAs-based materials, optoelectronic integrated devices, high-mobility CMOS devices, and the exploration of novel semiconductor lasers. She has successively undertaken numerous research projects under the National High-Tech Research and Development Program (“863 Program”) and major national science and technology programs. She has published over 80 papers and filed more than 30 patent applications.
