Application Process for Joining the Integrated Circuit Materials Industry Technology Innovation Alliance (ICMtia)

1. Understand and agree with the Articles of Association of the Integrated Circuit Materials Industry Technology Innovation Alliance.

2. Preliminary Qualification Review: Please complete and submit the corresponding information in the application form below. After we receive your “Preliminary Qualification Review Form,” staff from the Secretariat will notify you by phone if your company passes the preliminary qualification review.

3. Mailing of Materials:

  • Download the “Membership Application Form,” complete it, and affix the official seal.
  • Copy of the legal entity’s ID card;
  • A copy of the business license with the official seal affixed.

After preparing the above materials, please send the scanned copies to:
