Director at RS Technologies Co., Ltd. After graduation, I joined RASA Industrial, a Japanese company with a century-long history, where I worked on wafer regeneration. Starting as a frontline engineer, I rose through the ranks to become the plant manager. Since 2010, when the wafer regeneration business was acquired and independently spun off into RS TECHNOLOGIES Co., Ltd., I have steadily advanced from Manufacturing Department Manager all the way to my current position as Director. Overall, over the past 30-plus years, my career has revolved entirely around the wafer regeneration business—from basic on-site operations and field management to quality assurance, R&D, mass production, and the establishment of new plants. RS’s regenerated wafer line was Japan’s very first wafer regeneration line; after continuous improvements and capacity expansions, it now ships approximately 500,000 12-inch wafers per month, holding a global market share of 33% and firmly maintaining its position as the world’s leading player. The factory has also established the world’s first 18-inch wafer regeneration line, actively collaborating with major FABs and equipment manufacturers to accelerate the industrialization of 18-inch wafers. My personal technical strengths lie in wet etching and cleaning technologies—including the design of cleaning equipment.
