Vice Director of the Shenzhen International Institute for Advanced Electronic Materials Innovation, Researcher, Doctoral Supervisor, and Young Top-notch Talent under the National Ten Thousand Talents Program; Leading Talent under the Guangdong Province Special Support Program; Member of the Youth Promotion Association of the Chinese Academy of Sciences; and High-level Overseas Talent in Shenzhen. He serves as Deputy Director of the Institute of Materials at the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences; Vice Director of the Shenzhen International Institute for Advanced Electronic Materials Innovation; and Deputy Director of the National-Local Joint Engineering Laboratory for Advanced Electronic Packaging Materials. He graduated from Hunan University and subsequently conducted visiting scholar research at Georgia Institute of Technology in the United States and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Since 2015, he has been a member of the IEEE. He has undertaken or participated in more than ten projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Key R&D Program, the Chinese Academy of Sciences STS Program, the Guangdong Province Innovative Research Team Program, the Guangdong Province Key Area R&D Program, the Shenzhen Science and Technology Program, and various industry-academic collaborative projects. He has published a total of 115 papers indexed by SCI and EI, with a cumulative citation count of 2,695 and an H-index of 29. He has also filed over 50 national invention patent applications (including two foreign patents and four PCT patents), been granted more than 30 Chinese patents, and achieved the transfer and commercialization of four patents. The ultraviolet laser debonding material independently developed by him has successfully achieved large-scale domestic application and was awarded the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress by Shenzhen Municipality.
