Deputy Director and Researcher at the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. From 2001 to 2005, he studied Materials Physics at Fudan University and earned a Bachelor’s degree. From 2005 to 2011, he pursued doctoral studies at the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and obtained his Ph.D. During this period, from 2009 to 2011, he received funding from the China Scholarship Council and conducted joint doctoral training as a visiting scholar at the Jülich Research Centre in Germany. Since June 2011, he has successively held positions as Assistant Researcher, Associate Researcher, and Researcher at the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem. Starting in November 2019, he served as Assistant Director and Director of the Strategic Research Office at the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem. Since June 2020, he has been the Chairman and General Manager of Shanghai Integrated Circuit Materials Research Institute Co., Ltd. Since July 2020, he has been a member of the Administrative Committee of the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and a Director of the Strategic Research Office. Starting in December 2020, he has served as a member of the Administrative Committee of the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem, Director of the Strategic Research Office, and Acting Director of the Silicon-Based Materials and Integrated Devices Laboratory. Since November 2021, he has been a member of the Administrative Committee of the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem, Director of the Silicon-Based Materials and Integrated Devices Laboratory, and Secretary of the Party Branch. Since October 2022, he has been the Deputy Director of the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem.
