Senior Engineer and Vice President of Shanghai HuaLi Microelectronics Co., Ltd. He graduated in 2002 from the Department of Microelectronics at Fudan University, majoring in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics. In 2002, he joined the Shanghai Integrated Circuit R&D Center. In 2010, he joined Shanghai HuaLi Microelectronics Co., Ltd., where he served as the Section Chief of the Integrated Circuit Division in R&D Department No. 2, responsible for the development of the 40nm process platform. He has successively undertaken several key national science and technology projects under Programs 01 and 02. In 2013, he took on the role of Head of the HuaLi Special Project Office, overseeing the management of HuaLi’s government-funded major science and technology projects. Since 2018, he has been in charge of the evaluation and verification of domestically produced equipment and materials at HuaLi.
