Dr., General Manager of HuaJin Semiconductor Packaging Leading Technology R&D Center Co., Ltd., a selected participant in the Chinese Academy of Sciences’ “Hundred Talents Program,” a core member of Jiangsu Province’s “Innovation and Entrepreneurship Team,” and a third-level trainee under the fifth phase of Jiangsu Province’s “333 High-Level Talent Cultivation Project.” Since September 2000, he has successively engaged in research and development of system-level packaging technologies at the Swedish National Institute of Industrial Products, the Nordic Microsystem Integration Technology Center, and Intel Technology Development Corporation in the United States. In October 2005, he joined Intel Technology Development Corporation in the U.S., where he held positions including Project Manager, Senior Researcher, and R&D Manager. In February 2009, he was selected as a scholar under the Chinese Academy of Sciences’ “Hundred Talents Program” and was appointed as a researcher and doctoral supervisor in the High-Density System-Level Packaging Laboratory of the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2013, he joined HuaJin Semiconductor Company, serving successively as Executive General Manager and then General Manager of HuaJin Semiconductor Company.
