The J-FZ30A zone melting furnace uses a high-frequency power supply with 30 kW and a frequency of 3 MHz. It can produce polycrystalline ingots with a diameter of up to 2 inches and a length of up to 300 mm, and the length of suspended-zone-melted crystals exceeds 200 mm. During the crystal growth process using the WJ-FZ30A to determine impurities (B, Al, P, As) and carbon, the product quality remains unaffected, and the quality-related parameters—B, Al, P, As, C, Fe, Cr, Ni, Cu, and Zn—will remain unchanged. |
