The FZ350/20 zone-melting furnace uses a high-frequency power supply with a capacity of 20 kW and a frequency of 3 MHz. It can produce polycrystalline ingots with diameters up to 2 inches and lengths up to 340 mm, and the length of suspended-zone-melt crystals exceeds 300 mm. During the crystal growth process using the FZ350 to determine impurities (B, Al, P, As) and carbon, the product quality remains unaffected, and the quality-related parameters—B, Al, P, As, C, Fe, Cr, Ni, Cu, and Zn—will remain unchanged. |
