On August 16, 2018, Secretary General Shi Ying of ICMTIA visited Hangzhou Cobetter Filtration Equipment Co.,Ltd., a member company of ICMTIA. Cobetter General Manager Zhang Yingming, Sales Supervisor Luo Jinwen of Cobetter Semi-conductor and Technical Supervisor Yu Xiaopeng of Cobetter Semi-conductor Applied Technology received warmly the General Secretary Shi Ying.
Supervisor Luo Jinwen introduced to the General Secretary about the history and current development of Cobetter and reported on market promotion in the semi-conductor filtration market. Its products have been applied in TSMC, INTEL, GF and SMIC, etc. Technical Supervisor Yu Xiaopeng of the Semi-conductor Applied Technology accompanied the General Secretary to visit the workshop and CNAS (ISO17025) R&D and Testing Center in Cobetter. They made presentations to the General Secretary about the production process of filtration core and membrane, showcasing the advanced production & management model and outstanding technical and innovation abilities.
After that, the General Secretary Shi Ying discussed with Cobetter General Manager Zhang Yingmin and other people about application and development trend of precise filtration technology in IC industry. The General Secretary gave great praise to Cobetter for its R&D capacity in materials needed by 2nmHAPES, 7nmPTFE and other semi-conductor filtration, the super-pure PFA technology along the entire industrial chain, the world-top super-high asymmetrical PES filtration membrane technology and other innovation abilities, offering great praise for its contributions to breaking the monopoly by overseas brands and pushing forward localization process. At the same time, it also provided support and counseling for Cobetter to introduce the world-top technical HR and develop world-leading technologies in the semi-conductor industry.
