Product Description
A researcher at the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, currently serving as the Director of the Center for Advanced Integrated Circuit Process R&D at the institute. He received his bachelor’s degree from Nanjing University in 1982, his master’s degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1988, and his doctoral degree from KU Leuven in Belgium in 1999. From January 2000 to March 2010, he served as a Senior Scientist at IMEC. He has published over 150 papers in international academic journals and conferences and has filed 80 patent applications.
