Deputy Director and Researcher at the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences; Senior Engineer at SMIC Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Beijing) Logic Technology R&D Center from September 2007 to October 2010, where he participated in the development of 65-nanometer and 45-nanometer processes; Associate Researcher at the Pioneering Process R&D Center, Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences from November 2009 to May 2019; Researcher (Deputy Director) at the Pioneering Process R&D Center, Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences since June 2019. He joined the Institute of Microelectronics in 2009 and has since participated in multiple pioneering technology projects under the National Major Science and Technology Project 02, covering technologies from 22 nanometers, through 16/14 nanometers, to 7/5 nanometers. He currently leads several ongoing pioneering projects funded by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, key research projects commissioned by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and major R&D projects sponsored by the Beijing Municipal Government. He has published over 10 papers and filed more than 60 invention patent applications.
