Comrade Fang Weihua, a member of the Communist Party of China, is the General Manager of Hangzhou Greenland Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. He holds the title of Senior Economist and holds a Master’s degree. He serves as a director of the Electronic Materials Industry Association and a standing director of the China Electronic Chemical New Materials Industry Alliance. Previously, he held positions such as Manager of the Foreign Trade Department at Hangzhou Electrochemical Group and Deputy General Manager of Zhejiang Rihua Company. He possesses extensive theoretical knowledge and rich management experience in the field of electronic fine chemical manufacturing.

Since taking office as the General Manager of Hangzhou Greenland Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., Comrade Fang Weihua has been fully responsible for the company’s operational and management activities. Under his leadership, all employees have pressed forward with determination and vigor. In August 2020, the company successfully listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and in 2021, it was honored as a “National Single Champion” enterprise in the manufacturing sector. Under Comrade Fang Weihua’s guidance, the company has achieved remarkable results in many areas, including market expansion, R&D, capital market operations, corporate culture development, and the construction of safe and green factories. Not only has the company further expanded its market share of its flagship product, TMAH developer liquid, but it has also driven independent R&D efforts and actively undertaken major national projects such as the “Major Engineering Project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,” the “Major Science and Technology Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology,” the “Key R&D and Planning Projects and Leading Goose Projects of Zhejiang Province,” and the “Urgent Priority Projects for Zhejiang’s Industrial Chain.” These projects are aimed at breaking through bottlenecks in the security of the integrated circuit and new display industry chains. To date, the company has successfully developed several new products with core intellectual property rights. Among them, the technical specifications of the TMAH developer liquid have reached the SEMI G5 standard requirements and have undergone production-line testing at large-scale domestic integrated circuit manufacturers. Moreover, several new products—including stripping solutions, negative photoresist developers, etching solutions, and cleaning agents—have successfully obtained customer certifications and have entered mass production and supply.
