The company’s principal executives—the Chairman of the Board and General Manager—both hold associate degrees in chemistry. In 2018, they were recognized as Jiangsu Province’s Science and Technology Entrepreneur. Since 1989, they have been employed at the Jiangyin Chemical Reagent Factory, initially serving as the Deputy Director of Production and Technology. During their tenure, they pursued advanced studies at the Beijing Institute of Chemical Reagents. Throughout their career, they have been engaged in the development, research, and management of wet electronic chemicals. In 2001, they founded Jiangyin Jianghua Microelectronics Materials Co., Ltd. (which was reorganized and renamed Jiangyin Jianghua Microelectronics Materials Co., Ltd. in 2010). The company was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s A-share market in April 2017, under stock code 603078.

Comrade Yin Fuhua has actively led and participated in the research and development of a series of ultra-high-purity wet electronic chemicals, earning numerous science and technology awards at the ministerial, provincial, and municipal levels. Among these, the “Wet Electronic Chemicals for Flat-Panel Display OLEDs” project received the 2011 National Torch Program Award; the “Low-Temperature Aqueous Positive Photoresist Stripping Solution” won the 2012 Jiangsu Province Key New Product Program Award; the “Copper Etching Solution for High-Generation Flat-Panel Displays” project was selected for the 2015 National Torch Program; the “Research and Industrialization of Ultra-High-Purity Wet Electronic Chemicals for High-Generation LCD Flat Panels” project was recognized as a Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Program Achievement Transformation Project in 2015; the “High-Precision Copper Etching Solution” project was awarded the 2016 National Industrial Foundation Strengthening Project; the “PPT-Level Isopropyl Alcohol” project received a major special project from the Ministry of Science and Technology; and the “R&D and Industrialization of Etching Solutions for Titanium-Aluminum-Titanium Metal Laminated Films,” “High-Efficiency Acidic Stripping Solution,” and “Metal Etching Solution” each won first, second, and third prizes respectively in the municipal Science and Technology Progress Awards. Comrade Yin Fuhua holds a total of 73 patents, including 35 invention patents.
