Mr. Zheng Li has served as Chief Executive Officer of ChangElectronics Technology since September 9, 2019, and as a Director of ChangElectronics Technology since September 26, 2019, concurrently holding director positions in several of the company’s subsidiaries. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Tokyo and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management Engineering from Tianjin University. Mr. Zheng Li is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the integrated circuit industry, having worked in the U.S., Japan, Europe, and China. He previously held senior management positions such as Global Senior Vice President and President of Greater China at NXP Semiconductors, and CEO of Renesas Electronics for Greater China. Currently, he also serves as a Global Director of SEMI and Vice Chairman of the China Semiconductor Industry Association. In 2023, he was named to the Forbes China Best CEOs List.
