Tao Jun, male, Han ethnicity, born in 1972, a member of the Communist Party of China, currently serves as the General Manager of Hengsuo Huawei Electronics Co., Ltd. He has received numerous awards, including the “Silver Wing” Award in the “China Chuangyi” Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition, the Excellence Award in the Jiangsu Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Competition, the title of Outstanding Communist Party Member in Lianyungang City, the High-end Talent Contribution Award of Lianyungang City, one of the “Top Ten Most Beautiful Entrepreneurs” in Gangcheng, Lianyungang City, and the First Prize in the Entrepreneurship Group of the Lianyungang City Youth Entrepreneurship Competition.
During my tenure, I participated in several major R&D projects, optimizing the performance of plastic encapsulants, improving production processes, and enhancing both production efficiency and product quality stability. I actively promoted the technological advancement of domestically produced epoxy encapsulants, gradually breaking the monopoly held by foreign manufacturers in the high-end epoxy encapsulant market and accelerating the process of domestic substitution. By integrating the resources of both our company and Huahai Chengke, we achieved complementary advantages, fostered synergistic development across the entire semiconductor materials industry, and jointly addressed market challenges.
My main work experience is as follows:
From February 2000 to December 2010, served as Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Zhongdian Huawei Electronics Co., Ltd. and Henkel Huawei Electronics Co., Ltd.;
From December 2010 to May 2011, served as Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Zhongdian Changxun Energy Materials Co., Ltd.;
From June 2011 to the present, he has successively served as Deputy General Manager and then General Manager of Lianyungang Huahai Chengke.
Since April 2013, has served as a director of Jiangsu Huahai Chengke New Materials Co., Ltd.;
Since December 2, 2024, has served as the General Manager of Hengsuo Huawai Electronics Co., Ltd.
