Product Description

　　Yang Guoqiang earned a bachelor’s degree from Peking University in 1985 and a doctoral degree from the Institute of Photochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1991.
Postdoctoral fellow at Kyoto University in Japan and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the U.S.; Senior Visiting Scholar at the University of Upper Alsace in France. Previously served as Director of the Key Laboratory of Photochemistry at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Director of the Key Laboratory of Molecular Reaction Dynamics, and Deputy Director of the Institute of Chemistry at the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Also held positions as Secretary-General of the Chemical Society of China and Vice Chairman of the Asia-Oceania Council for Photochemistry. Served as Vice President of the University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (retired upon reaching retirement age in 2024). Received a special government allowance (for natural science research in 2013).
Currently a Second-Level Researcher at the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a Professor at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences; Director of the Chemical Society of China, Deputy Director of the Photochemistry Professional Committee, and Director of the High-Pressure Chemistry Professional Committee; Executive Director of the Chinese Society of Photographic Science, and Director of the Lithography Materials and Technology Professional Committee; Deputy Director of the Lithography Technology Professional Committee of the Optical Society of China, and Member of the Board of Directors of the Asia-Oceania Photochemistry Council; Associate Editor of J. Photochem. Photobiol. A:Chem., Editorial Board Member of J. Photochem. Photobiol. C, and Editorial Board Member of “Imaging Science and Photochemistry,” “Chemical Bulletin,” and “Journal of High Pressure Physics.”
