Phase 1: Vacuum Laminating Section: Maximum pressure up to 0.9 MPa; maximum temperature up to 150℃; temperature control accuracy within a range of ±5%; maximum working dimensions: 510×610×3 mm; internal vacuum level below 1 hPa every 15 seconds; no PET film is used, and no pressure is applied. Phase 2: Pressing Section: Total pressure range: 29–340 kN; maximum working pressure: 1.1 MPa. For a product size of 510×610 mm, the maximum processing temperature is 150℃; temperature control accuracy: within a range of ±4%. Operating dimensions: 510×610×3 mm. |
