Male, PhD, General Manager of Yantai Debang Technology Co., Ltd. “One of the Top Ten Entrepreneurial Leaders in China’s Overseas Study Personnel Entrepreneurship Parks.” Previously held positions such as Polymer Materials Expert, General Manager for Greater China, and Global Business Director at internationally renowned companies including Intel, Henkel, and Honeywell. Has long been engaged in research, development, and management of electronic materials, with notable scientific achievements in areas including polymer optoelectronic materials, ultra-low dielectric materials for IC chips, and electronic materials used in integrated circuit packaging. Has published over 50 scientific papers both domestically and internationally and obtained more than 40 U.S. authorized patents. Since 2010, has served as General Manager of Yantai Debang Technology Co., Ltd., overseeing the company’s technological innovation and management activities. Led the R&D team in conducting numerous cutting-edge research and development projects aimed at developing key new materials urgently needed in China for large-scale integrated circuit packaging, FPD packaging, and next-generation LED and solar photovoltaic technologies. To date, the company has launched over 20 high-end electronic packaging products, including underfill materials for high-density semiconductor packaging, die attach materials, and thermal interface materials.
