At 10:28 on November 17, 2021, CCMC`s epitaxial project construction commencement ceremony was grandly held in Zhejiang Lishui Economic and Technological Development Zone.
The project has a total investment of 4 billion yuan, covers an area of 139 acres, and has a new plant construction area of 110,000 square meters, including production plants, power plants, gas stations, auxiliary buildings, etc. The investment required for the first phase of 3 billion yuan will build an annual output of 1.2 million 8-inch silicon epitaxial wafers and 2.4 million 12-inch silicon epitaxial wafers.
The project is expected to be completed in November 2022 and can be put into operation in 2023.
