On July 13, 2015, the seminar on development of domestic special gas industry entitled “How domestic gas and materials companies grow quickly through mergers and acquisitions” was successfully held in Guizhou Wylton Jinglin Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. Ms. Shi Ying, Secretary General of the Integrated Circuit Materials & Components Industry Technology Innovative Alliance (referred to as “Materials Alliance”) presided over the meeting, and more than 20 experts from the domestic special gas industry attended the meeting.
During the seminar, Sun Dejun, Director of Jiangsu Nata Optoelectronics Investment Department, first introduced the status of special gas industry in domestic and foreign enterprises, the exploration of cooperation mode of domestic special gas industry, and the preliminary scheme of development strategy of domestic special gas industry based on adequate industry research conducted in the early stage. Subsequently, the participating experts conducted full exchange and hot discussion around this scheme. The seminar opened up new ideas for the development of China's special gas industry. The experts at the seminar fully affirmed the importance of the seminar and said that they will continue to work after the seminar to thoroughly evaluate the feasibility of mergers and acquisitions in domestic special gas industry.
After the seminar, the participating experts visited the electronic chemical production line of Guizhou Wylton Jinglin Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., and the strictly controlled 6S management at the production site, which left a deep impression on the visitors.
