Product Description
Has long been engaged in the research and development of ultra-pure quartz materials, focusing on overcoming challenges related to high-purity silicon-based materials used in strategic emerging industries such as integrated circuits, new energy, and information displays. The work involves developing common key technologies for the preparation of high-purity, ultrafine, and low-dielectric materials. Has led and completed over 150 experimental studies—both domestically and internationally—on the beneficiation and purification of siliceous raw materials such as quartz and feldspar. Also served as principal investigator for one national-level project. I have led three major science and technology special projects and key R&D programs in Anhui Province, and participated in more than 10 national and provincial-level research projects. Among these, I served as the process leader for two high-quality special projects under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, securing nearly 90 million yuan in financial funding support. Leading my team, we have successively overcome a series of significant common technical challenges in the preparation of ultra-white glass from low-grade desert sand, high-purity quartz sand for photovoltaic applications, and ultra-high-purity spherical silicon micropowder for 5G applications. We have developed a range of high-quality quartz materials for semiconductors, new energy, and information display, with several of our achievements filling domestic gaps. To date, we have filed over 30 patent applications, been granted more than 10 invention patents, published over 10 SCI papers, and received five provincial, ministerial, and industry-level awards for scientific and technological progress and technological invention.
