Binzhou Yuneng Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2011 and is located in the Beihai New Area of Binzhou City, Shandong Province. The company covers an area of over 280 mu and is situated near major trade ports in Qingdao, Tianjin, and Dalian. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and marketing of electronic chemicals.
Adhering to a business philosophy of meticulousness and the pursuit of excellence, the company has successively obtained certifications under systems including ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, and IATF16949. It also holds numerous invention patents and utility model patents. The company has been recognized as a “Shandong Province High-Tech Enterprise,” a “Provincial Enterprise Technology Center,” a “Shandong Province Gazelle Enterprise,” and a “National Specialized, Refined, and Novel ‘Little Giant’ Enterprise.”
The company operates a production facility with an annual capacity of 60,000 tons of gamma-butyrolactone (GBL), 60,000 tons of N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP), and 40,000 tons of cyclohexylamine and dicyclohexylamine as co-products. The company has established a high-level R&D platform for organic electronic chemicals and a comprehensive quality assurance system. It is equipped with clean laboratories at Class 10, Class 100, and Class 1,000 levels, and boasts advanced industry-specific equipment including five Agilent ICP-MS instruments (three 7900s and two 8900s), four Iron particle size analyzers, and two Metrohm ion chromatographs.
In 2021, the company completed and put into operation the second-phase project for wet electronic chemicals (Binzhou Zaiyuan Yuneng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.). The products include positive photoresist stripping solutions, OLED cathode mask cleaning solutions, photoresist diluents, propylene glycol monomethyl ether (PGME), propylene glycol methyl ether acetate (PGMEA), and isopropyl alcohol (IPA). The company plans to launch the “Research and Development of Key Common Technologies for Ultra-Clean, High-Purity Organic Wet Electronic Chemicals and Industrial Demonstration of G5-Level NMP” project. This initiative aims to establish a G5-level wet electronic chemical technology development platform and a talent cultivation model for electronics-grade chemicals, as well as to refine the industrial production technology system for G5-level cleaning solutions. At the same time, the company will build a common technology framework for G5-level organic wet electronic chemicals, laying a solid foundation for further expanding the process systems of multi-category G5-level organic wet electronic chemicals.
