Hubei Xingfu Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. was established in November 2008 with a registered capital of 260 million yuan. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of ultra-high-purity electronic chemicals for semiconductor applications. The company primarily engages in the R&D, production, and sales of electronic chemicals, with its main products including general wet electronic chemicals such as electronic-grade phosphoric acid and electronic-grade sulfuric acid, as well as functional wet electronic chemicals like etching solutions, developing solutions, cleaning agents, regenerants, and film-removal solutions. The company is among the earliest enterprises in China to engage in the wet electronic chemicals business. After more than a decade of continuous investment, technological accumulation, and market development, the company has successfully developed and mass-produced electronic-grade phosphoric acid meeting the highest SEMI C36-1121 G3 grade, electronic-grade sulfuric acid meeting the highest SEMI general standard G5 grade, and a total of 37 types of functional wet electronic chemicals across five major categories—including etching solutions, cleaning agents, regenerants, developing solutions, and film-removal solutions—and has achieved large-scale supply to mainstream customers in both domestic and international integrated circuit industries.
The company places great importance on scientific and technological innovation. Under the joint support of a mature R&D system, a highly skilled R&D team, and substantial R&D investment, the company has secured numerous core patents. In 2019, the company’s project “Key Technologies for Producing Ultra-High-Purity Electronic-Grade Phosphoric Acid and Highly Selective Etching Liquids for Chips” was awarded the Second Prize of the 2019 National Science and Technology Progress Award by the State Council. In 2022, an expert panel organized by the China Electronic Materials Industry Association certified that the overall technology of the company’s key products—electronic-grade phosphoric acid and electronic-grade sulfuric acid—has reached an internationally advanced level. In 2023, the sub-project “Highly Selective Metal Tungsten Removal Liquid,” undertaken by the company under the National Major Science and Technology Special Project for Manufacturing Equipment and Complete Processes of Ultra-Large-Scale Integrated Circuits (commonly known as the “02 Special Project”), successfully passed the acceptance inspection conducted by the Management Center for Major Special Projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The company’s independently developed highly selective metal tungsten etching liquid meets the demand for specialized functional chemicals required for domestically produced advanced storage chips.
In the future, Xingfu Electronics will actively seize the strategic opportunities presented by the localization of chip manufacturing. Focusing on the integrated circuit industry, we will continue to advance R&D in areas such as cutting-edge technologies and process improvements for wet electronic chemicals, development of new wet electronic chemical products, technologies and products for specialty electronic gases, recycling, purification, and reuse of waste liquids from wet electronic chemicals, processes and materials for semiconductor precursors, and auxiliary materials for wet electronic chemicals.
