Product Description
Holds a doctoral degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and has long-term experience in the semiconductor industry, with extensive expertise in technological innovation and market development. Specific work experience is as follows:
From August 2019 to the present: Joined Suzhou Crystal Fountain Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (a publicly listed company, stock code: 603005), where I lead the R&D department of Crystal Fountain and coordinate the U.S. R&D center in exploring the company’s technology development strategy. At the same time, I have begun establishing the Crystal Fountain Semiconductor Advanced Industry Innovation Research Institute, taking Crystal Fountain’s technology R&D and innovation to a new level.
In December 2019, as Suzhou Jingfang Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. began construction and went into production, I concurrently assumed the position of General Manager of Jingfang Optoelectronics and took charge of Anteryon, Jingfang Optoelectronics’ Dutch subsidiary acquired in January 2019. Under my leadership, Jingfang Optoelectronics’ brand-new technical team successfully achieved the first batch of overseas product production within a short period of time. The Dutch company Anteryon is a firm specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of micro-optics, special optical components, and modules. ASML is its primary customer.
2014–2019: Self-employed, primarily engaged in the sale of high-end electronic circuits and semiconductor equipment from Japan.
2000–2013: Served at Camtek Israel, a NASDAQ-listed company. Co-founded Camtek’s China branch, transforming the company from a five-person after-sales and sales team into an integrated R&D, manufacturing, and sales entity with nearly 200 employees. Also expanded Camtek’s automated vision inspection products from the printed circuit board industry to the semiconductor packaging substrate industry as well as the front-end and back-end semiconductor industries. For nearly five years, Camtek’s semiconductor inspection equipment has consistently ranked first in market share within the semiconductor sector.
