From 2006 to 2009, I served as the Section Chief of the Thin Film Department at Shanghai Hongli Semiconductor Co., Ltd. From 2009 to 2011, I held the position of Manager at Shanghai INPOEWR.
From 2017 to the present, I have been employed at HuaRun Microelectronics Co., Ltd., successively holding the positions of Plant Manager of HuaRun Microelectronics’ 8B Factory, Plant Manager of 12A Factory, Deputy General Manager of the Manufacturing Center, and Deputy General Manager of the Operations Center. I have received several honors, including the First-Class Special Award for Output Achievement from AVIC (Chongqing) Microelectronics Co., Ltd. in 2016, the Chongqing Municipal State-Owned Enterprise Contribution Award for the years 2013–2017, the “Outstanding Instructor” award from HuaRun Microelectronics Group in 2018, and the “Six-Star Benchmark Factory” title from HuaRun Group in 2018.
Since taking office as the director of Factory 8B at the end of 2017, the company achieved a full turnaround from loss to profit in 2018. From 2018 to 2020, its annual turnover consistently exceeded 1 billion RMB, and its annual net profit remained above 200 million RMB. In 2019, PowerMOSTET ranked ninth globally and first domestically in terms of market share.
Since 2021, I have served as the Deputy General Manager of the Operations Center at HuaRun Microelectronics, primarily responsible for all operations-related tasks at the center. I have spearheaded efforts to optimize the product mix and proactively allocated manufacturing resources to our flagship products, thereby contributing “operational strength” to the company.
