From March 1993 to October 2000, I worked at the Institute of Rare and Precious Metals, Beijing Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals. Since October 2000, I have been working at Youyan Yijin New Materials Co., Ltd., serving as General Manager and Senior Engineer at the professorial level. For a long time, I have been engaged in research, product development, technology transfer, and production management related to precious-metal functional materials, target materials for integrated circuits, and platinum-group metals used as automotive chemical catalysts. I have achieved abundant results and made outstanding contributions in this field.

I have chaired and played a key role in more than 10 national research projects, including the National Major Special Project 02, the Key Project of the 863 Program, the High-Tech Industrialization Project of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Foundation-Strengthening Engineering Project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Plan Project, and defense-related military-industrial projects—achieving comprehensive technological and industrial breakthroughs. I have led the R&D of target materials for integrated circuits and precious-metal functional materials, and as a key member, participated in the establishment of China’s first vertically integrated production line with independent intellectual property rights, covering everything from raw material purification to target manufacturing. This broke the foreign technology monopoly, and our products are now sold in bulk to high-end integrated-circuit customers both domestically and internationally. I have published over 20 papers in domestic and international journals and at conferences, and have filed more than 20 national patent applications. In 2006, I received one Third Prize of the National Defense Science and Technology Award and one Second Prize of the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Award; in 2016, I was awarded the First Prize of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award. In 2019, I received the Outstanding Contribution Award for Industrial Development from Youyan Technology Group.
