Product Description
Huo Zongliang holds a Ph.D. in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics from Peking University. He is the Chief Scientist at Yangtze Memory Technologies and the Director of the Group’s Institute of Innovation. For over 20 years, he has been engaged in R&D in storage technologies. In 2014, he joined Wuhan Xinxin and later transferred to Yangtze Memory Technologies Co., Ltd., where he took charge of the R&D of 3D NAND memory technologies. He successfully completed the R&D and mass production of 3D NAND flash memory technologies and products featuring 32-, 64-, 128-, and 2YY-layer architectures. Dr. Huo Zongliang has published more than 100 papers in the field of semiconductor memory, authored two monographs, and filed over 500 patent applications both domestically and internationally.
