Anji Microelectronics Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Founded in 2006, our company is a high-tech semiconductor materials enterprise that focuses on independent innovation and integrates R&D, production, sales, and technical services. Our core business involves the R&D and industrialization of critical semiconductor materials. Our product portfolio includes various series of chemical-mechanical polishing liquids and functional wet electronic chemicals, which are used in integrated circuit manufacturing and advanced packaging applications. We have successfully broken the monopoly held by foreign manufacturers over chemical-mechanical polishing liquids and certain functional wet electronic chemicals in the integrated circuit sector, achieving import substitution and enabling China to establish its own independent supply capability in this field.
The company is a leading semiconductor materials enterprise in China and has successively been recognized as one of the Top 10 Chinese Semiconductor Materials Enterprises, a Shanghai High-Tech Enterprise, a “Little Giant” Enterprise, and a Model Patent Enterprise. As of the end of 2021, the company had been granted a total of 234 patents. The company’s products include various series of chemical-mechanical polishing liquids and functional wet electronic chemicals.
Chemical-mechanical polishing slurries—including those specifically designed for copper and copper barrier layers, dielectric materials (silica and silicon nitride), tungsten, metal gates, silicon/polycrystalline silicon, shallow trench isolation (STI), 3D integration technologies (TSV and hybrid bonding), and silicon substrates—are part of a comprehensive product line. These slurries have already achieved large-scale sales at the 130–14nm technology node, and products targeting the 10–7nm technology node are currently under development.
Wet electronic chemicals primarily include post-etch cleaning solutions, photoresist stripping liquids for wafer-level packaging, and other related product series. These products have already achieved large-scale sales at the 28nm technology node, and products for the 14-7nm technology node are currently under development.
