Kang Jinfeng is a professor at the School of Information, Peking University. He graduated from the Department of Physics at Dalian Institute of Technology in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He subsequently earned a Master of Science degree and a Doctor of Science degree from Peking University in 1992 and 1995, respectively. He has published over 150 papers in core journals and academic conferences in this field, including publications such as VLSI, IEDM, IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, Applied Physics Letters, Advanced Materials, and Nano Letters. His current research focuses primarily on: novel memory (RRAM) materials and device integration technologies; ULSI device and circuit integration and reliability technologies; new solar cell technologies; and new two-dimensional material and device technologies.
