High-purity acids are extracted via sub-boiling distillation and are widely used in the field of trace metal analysis. The D ST-4000 achieves a high acid yield and offers fully automated operation. It can be placed in a fume hood for operation and even run unattended, making its use simpler and safer. The D ST-4000 can purify up to 4 liters of crude acid at a time and can convert crude acid containing metal elements at the 1 ppb level into high-purity acid at the 10 ppt level, thereby significantly reducing costs for laboratories engaged in trace metal element analysis. The D ST-4000 is capable of distilling nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and hydrofluoric acid, and can produce 1 liter of high-purity acid within approximately 12 hours. |
