Doctor, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, currently a Professor at Zhejiang University, Director of the National Key Laboratory of Silicon Materials, Director of the Institute of Semiconductor Materials, and Leader of the Innovative Research Group funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Innovation Team in Key Areas of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Changjiang Scholar Innovation Team of the Ministry of Education. Also serves as a member of the National Major Science and Technology Special Project ( 02 Member of the Overall Expert Group, Executive Director of the China Renewable Energy Society, and Deputy Director of the Photovoltaic Professional Committee. He has long been engaged in research on semiconductor silicon materials, covering silicon materials for ultra-large-scale integrated circuits, silicon materials for solar photovoltaic applications, silicon-based optoelectronic materials, and nanoscale semiconductor materials. He has achieved significant breakthroughs in fundamental research on crystal growth, defect engineering, and nanostructures of semiconductor silicon materials.
