Mr. Zheng Li has served as the Chief Executive Officer of our company since September 9, 2019, and as a director of our company since September 26, 2019. He also serves as a director of several of our subsidiaries. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Tokyo and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management Engineering from Tianjin University. Mr. Zheng Li is a seasoned professional with nearly 30 years of experience in the integrated circuit industry, having worked in the U.S., Japan, Europe, and China. He previously held senior management positions such as Global Senior Vice President and President of Greater China at NXP Semiconductors, and CEO of Renesas Electronics for Greater China. Currently, he concurrently serves as Vice Chairman of the China Semiconductor Industry Association, Vice Chairman of the China Integrated Circuit Innovation Alliance, On-Duty Chairman of the Packaging and Testing Branch of the China Semiconductor Industry Association, Vice President of the Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Association, and Vice Chairman of the Zhongguancun Rongxin Financial Information Technology Industry Alliance.
