Male, Senior Engineer, Chief Process Integration Expert at HuaRun Microelectronics Technology Research Institute In 1984, I graduated from the Department of Solid-State Electronics at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, majoring in Semiconductor Physics and Devices. In 2007, I obtained a Master’s degree in Software Engineering with a specialization in IC design from Southeast University. From 1984 to 1998, I held various positions including Process Line Supervisor at Institute 24 of the Ministry of Electronics, Deputy Chief Engineer and Chief Engineer at the MOS Main Plant of Wuxi Hua Jing Electronic Group Co., Ltd. I participated in the development of China’s first ultra-large-scale integrated circuit—the 64K DRAM IC—and took part in and organized the construction projects for the nation’s Seventh Five-Year Plan key project, a 2–3-micron semiconductor integrated circuit production line, as well as the Eighth Five-Year Plan key project, a 0.8-micron semiconductor integrated circuit production line. For my contributions to these key projects during the Seventh Five-Year Plan, I was awarded the title of “Special Meritorious Contributor,” and I also received the “Outstanding Young Scientist” award from the Ministry of Electronics Industry. Starting in 1998, I successively served as Manager, Director, and Deputy General Manager of the Technology Development Department at HuaRun ShangHua. During this period, I led the successful development of multiple process technology platforms, including 0.6-, 0.5-, and 0.4-micron processes. I was honored with the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of Jiangsu Province, the Second Prize of the National Award for Technological Invention, and the “Annual Outstanding Contribution Award” presented by the national major science and technology project “Manufacturing Equipment and Complete Processes for Ultra-Large-Scale Integrated Circuits.” Additionally, I was awarded the title of “Outstanding Middle-aged and Young Expert with Remarkable Contributions in Jiangsu Province.” Since 2013, I have been serving in my current position, primarily responsible for HuaRun Microelectronics’ major scientific and technological projects, technology research and development, and supply chain management.
