Previously served as Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Development Department at the Beijing Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals, where I engaged in research on processing technologies for nonferrous metal alloys, management of science and technology projects, development of new materials engineering technologies, and strategic research on the semiconductor materials industry.
