Product Description

　　Researcher at the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and currently Director of the Leading-edge Process R&D Center for Integrated Circuits at the institute. He received his bachelor’s degree from Nanjing University in 1982, his master’s degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1988, and his doctoral degree from KU Leuven in Belgium in 1999. From January 2000 to March 2010, he served as a Senior Scientist at IMEC. He has published over 150 papers in international academic journals and conferences and has filed 80 invention patent applications.
