Jing Wang Branch Committee

Jing Wang, Ph.D., associate professor of Tsinghua University. In 1999, he obtained a Ph.D. in materials science from Beijing Nonferrous Metal Research Institute. Worked in Beijing Nonferrous Metal Research Institute and Youyan Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. from June 1995 to May 2005, and joined the Institute of Microelectronics of Tsinghua University from June 2005. He won one second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award and one first prize of Beijing Science and Technology Award, and published nearly one hundred papers. Currently mainly engaged in the research of new silicon-based semiconductor materials and devices, including high-mobility channel engineering, silicon-based germanium materials and related devices, silicon-based III-V compound semiconductor materials and devices, silicon-based solar cells, etc.
