Zhenjiang Runjing High Purity Chemical Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Runjing Chemical") and Sumitomo Chemical Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Sumitomo Chemical") to acquire wholly the Group's subsidiary Juhua Electronic Materials Technology (Hefei) Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Hefei Juhua") and Juhua Electronic Materials Technology (Chongqing). Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Chongqing Residential") the two companies have reached an agreement, and the two parties have completed the signing of the equity transfer contract. After meeting the relevant conditions on the equity transfer contract, Hefei Zhuhua and Chongqing Zhuhua will become wholly-owned subsidiaries of Runjing Technology.
