On 9 am ,May 26,2021, the appraisal meeting for Argotech`s Scientific and Technological Project of "Key Technology and Application for Semiconductor Grade Disilane Preparation " , jointly applied by Quanjiao Argotech, Anhui Argotech and Nanjing Argotech, was successfully held in Beijing.
Experts of the appraisal committee agreed that: the technical results have achieved the independent preparation of semiconductor-grade disilane, and the product technical indicators have reached the international advanced level of similar products. Agree to pass the appraisal.
