On September 28, 2020, the 02 Major Project Implementation Management Office of "Very Large Scale Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Equipment and Complete Processes" organized an expert group to hold a 02 special comprehensive performance evaluation meeting in ZingSemi. The "300mm silicon wafer technology research and development for 40-28nm integrated circuit manufacturing" project undertaken by ZingSemi successfully passed the acceptance.
