On May 16, the 2020 Integrated Circuit Industry Chain Collaborative Innovation Development Exchange Conference held by the China Integrated Circuit Industry Technology Innovation Alliance was held simultaneously in Beijing and Shanghai.
As an important part of this conference, the third IC Innovation Award of China Integrated Circuit Industry Technology Innovation Alliance was awarded to the memeber that has made major breakthroughs in technological innovation and key technology development in the integrated circuits industry. Suzhou Jingrui Chemical won the "Technology Innovation Award" with the project of "hydrogen peroxide for ultra-large-scale integrated circuit" , which is also the only award-winning project in the category of integrated circuit materials.
