On January 10, 2020, the 2019 National Science and Technology Award Conference was grandly held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. A total of 296 projects and 12 science and technology experts were selected. The "ultra-high-purity electronic grade phosphoric acid and high-selectivity etching liquid production key technology", investing more than 300 million yuan, and researched and developed for 10 years by Hubei Xingfa Group that used in chip manufacturing won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award. Shaoping Li, the main person in charge of the project, deputy general manager of Hubei Xingfa Chemicals Group Co., Ltd. and professor-level senior engineer, received the award in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, and was kindly received by Chairman Jinping Xi and other national and Party`s leaders.
