HuaHong Group’s integrated circuit manufacturing facility adopts a unified naming system.

To showcase the overall image of HuaHong Group’s integrated circuit manufacturing business and to facilitate global customers and partners in identifying HuaHong’s various manufacturing facilities, HuaHong Group recently formulated and implemented the “HuaHong Group Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Facility Naming Management Measures.” Under these measures, all facilities belonging to Shanghai HuaHong Macroblock Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Shanghai HuaLi Microelectronics Co., Ltd., and Shanghai HuaLi Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Co., Ltd.—all subsidiaries of HuaHong Group—have been uniformly numbered and named, and official plaques have been awarded. On August 4, HuaHong Group held a ceremony at the construction site of the “‘909’ Second Upgrade and Reconstruction Project—12-Inch Advanced Process Chip Project” located in the Kangqiao Industrial Zone in Pudong.

To present a unified image of HuaHong Group’s integrated circuit manufacturing business and to facilitate the identification of HuaHong’s various manufacturing facilities by global customers and partners, HuaHong Group recently formulated and implemented the “HuaHong Group Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Factory Naming Management Measures.” Under these measures, all factories belonging to Shanghai HuaHong Macroblock Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Shanghai HuaLi Microelectronics Co., Ltd., and Shanghai HuaLi Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Co., Ltd.—all subsidiaries of HuaHong Group—have been assigned uniform numerical designations and officially awarded plaques.

On August 4, HuaHong Group held a ceremony to officially name and award plaques to its manufacturing plants at the construction site of the “‘909’ Secondary Upgrade and Renovation Project—12-Inch Advanced-Process Chip Project,” located in the Kangqiao Industrial Zone in Pudong. Members of the Group’s leadership team, heads of various companies, and heads of the Group’s functional departments attended the ceremony. Zhang Suxin, Chairwoman of HuaHong Group, presented five distinctly marked HuaHong plaques to the directors of the Group’s five subsidiaries. The following are the details of the newly named factories:

HuaHong First Factory (HHFAB1), No. 1188 Chuanqiao Road, 8-inch, operated by Shanghai HuaHong Macro;

HuaHong Second Factory (HHFAB2), No. 288, Halley Road, 8-inch, operated by Shanghai HuaHong Macro;

HuaHong Third Factory (HHFAB3), No. 1399 Zuchong Road, 8-inch, operated by Shanghai HuaHong Macro;

HuaHong Fifth Factory (HHFAB5), No. 568 Gaosi Road, 12-inch, operated by HuaLi Shanghai;

HuaHong Sixth Factory (HHFAB6), Kangqiao Industrial Zone, 12-inch, under construction by Shanghai Huali.
