With a registered capital of 100 million RMB, the company is located in the Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone in Hubei Province. It is a technology-driven enterprise specializing in the research and development and manufacturing of semiconductor materials.

Leveraging Dinglong Holdings’ more than two decades of technological expertise in the field of chemical materials and the support of seasoned industry experts both at home and abroad, our company is focused on the integrated circuit materials industry. We consistently adhere to a technology development strategy that emphasizes “aiming for the international high-end, attracting industry elites, insisting on independent innovation, and striving to become an industry leader.” Relying on Dinglong Holdings’ national-level postdoctoral research workstation, national-level enterprise technology center, and provincial-level engineering technology research center—among other innovative platforms—we continuously engage in independent R&D of domestically produced materials, such as polishing pads for integrated circuit CMP processes. To date, Dinghui Microelectronics has invested nearly 200 million yuan to build a production facility that meets industry standards, introduced advanced manufacturing equipment and scientific instruments aligned with international industry standards, and invested 100 million yuan to establish a 1,000-square-meter evaluation laboratory that matches the most advanced international fabrication processes. We have also constructed an automated CMP polishing pad industrial production line that is on par with world-class manufacturers. Currently, R&D and technical engineering personnel at Dinghui’s R&D and Technology Engineering Center account for 50% of the company’s total workforce, endowing us with strong capabilities in independent R&D, innovation, and engineering-based industrialization.

The company has now fully entered the advanced process arena and has mastered the key technologies required for polishing pads suitable for processes above 14nm. We plan to achieve breakthroughs in products applicable to processes below 14nm within the next two years. In terms of technology, we continuously strive for excellence and have successfully mastered and refined the entire process flow for CMP polishing pads—including such core manufacturing technologies as the critical casting process, groove-etching process, and bonding process. The performance of our products has reached international standards. In terms of quality management, the company has established a comprehensive quality control system in strict accordance with semiconductor industry requirements, rigorously ensuring the stability and reliability of our products.

The company has always been market-oriented and continuously innovates technologically. In 2017, it launched products for market applications using technology nodes of 45nm and above, suitable for Oxdie, W, Cubulk, and other related materials. At the same time, the company boasts strong customization capabilities, enabling it to develop tailor-made products that precisely meet customers’ specific needs.
