The Alliance Standardization Technical Committee is an organization established by the Alliance, responsible for the group standardization of integrated circuit materials. The second term of the Standardization Technical Committee has now come to an end. 5 Year. To ensure the continuity, professionalism, and broad representation of the Technical Committee’s work, we are now beginning preparations for the upcoming election and soliciting nominations for committee members. We sincerely invite enterprises, institutions, research institutes, and higher education institutions to nominate or self-nominate qualified experts to join the Standards Committee. 。 The following information regarding the solicitation of committee members is hereby announced: ：

I. Target Audience for Solicitation

The Standards Committee is primarily responsible for: Integrated Circuit Materials Field The work involved in the establishment, drafting, review, submission for approval, publication, filing, publishing, re-examination, and revision of group standards. The scope for soliciting committee members is: Integrated circuit materials Professionals who are engaged in standardization management at enterprises, institutions, research institutes, and higher education institutions, possessing a solid grasp of process, technology, quality management theories, methods, and techniques, and demonstrating high theoretical proficiency and extensive practical experience.

II. Declaration Conditions

1. Basic Requirements

Uphold the Party’s guidelines, policies, and principles; abide by laws and regulations; and possess strong scientific integrity and professional ethics.

Possess an advanced or higher-level professional technical title or corresponding position, or demonstrate outstanding professional competence and influence in this field.

Familiar with and enthusiastic about standardization work, possessing a strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational and coordination skills, and effective deliberation abilities.

Be able to dedicate the necessary time and effort to participate in all committee activities (including meetings, standard reviews, research projects, etc.).

No record of dishonesty, violations, or other adverse conduct. The affiliated organization agrees to and supports their assumption of committee duties.

2. Professional Requirements

Possesses solid professional knowledge, extensive practical experience, or standardized management experience in the field of integrated circuit materials.

Understand the development trends and current status of standardization in integrated circuit materials technology both domestically and internationally.

Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in standard development and revision, international standards monitoring, and standards system research.

III. Submission of Materials and Requirements

1. In accordance with the principle of voluntary declaration, applicants who meet the eligibility requirements should truthfully complete the “Application Form for Members of the Standardization Technical Committee” (Attachment 1). 。

2. The applicant shall sign the form by hand in the signature field. The applicant is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the committee application form. The applicant’s employing unit shall review the form, provide its comments and sign it, and affix the official seal of the unit (the name of the unit entered must match the name on the official seal).

3. Inauguration Working Group Conduct a qualification review of applicants and, in light of the applicants’ professional backgrounds and business needs, formulate [a plan] based on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and selection of the best candidates.
