The 2023 Annual Meeting of the Alliance Standardization Technical Committee was held with great ceremony.
From January 10 to 11, 2024, the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Standardization Committee of the Zhongguancun Integrated Circuit Materials Industry Technology Innovation Alliance was successfully held. The conference was conducted online, with representatives from a total of 36 member units and 5 observer units in attendance. The meeting was chaired by Director Liu Bing. Secretary Wang Daxiang of the Standards Committee delivered a report to all committee members. “ 2023 Annual Work Report and 2024 Annual Work Plan.
Reported by 5 Consists of the following sections: status of development and revision of group standards, optimization of standard supply and quality enhancement, special standardization activities, external cooperation, exchanges, and publicity. 2024 Annual Work Plan.
2023 The key annual tasks include: development and revision of group standards, construction and research on the standard system for integrated circuit materials, organizational development of the Standards Committee, and external cooperation of the Standards Committee.
Completed last year’s “Quality Evaluation Metrics for Integrated Circuit Material Suppliers,” etc. 6 The review of the standard, and then... 2023 Year 3 The monthly publication was officially released, and the drafting, solicitation of comments, and review stages have been completed. The revision has been carried out. 2022 The year saw the release of "Mixed Gases for Integrated Circuits." 1.25% Krypton / Neon, etc. 5 The first amendment to the itemized gas standard.
The alliance has newly initiated the development of two group standards: “High-Purity Quartz Crucibles for Semiconductor Single-Crystal Silicon Production” and “Determination of Impurity Content in Titanium Tetrachloride for Integrated Circuits—Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry.” We continue to advocate for increasing the supply of standards in areas where standardization is weak and in detection methodologies, while constantly enhancing and optimizing the quality of group standards.
Carried out Standardization work of the Valve Innovation Consortium. Guided by the principles of "clearly defining positioning, systematically planning, and highlighting key priorities," we will formulate framework tasks based on the current situation, clearly identify key areas for development, and establish standards centered around our advantageous diaphragm valve products.
The organization is launching a “one-stop target material” project for the target material industry and providing guidance on the establishment of an “analytical testing platform and standardization system.” It has led member units in developing a working framework, exploring mechanisms for collaboration between the platform and various raw material and target material manufacturers, and implementing the development of a standardized system for analytical methods for ultra-high-purity metal materials.
Discussion and work plan development for cooperation with the Suzhou Laboratory in the field of integrated circuit material standardization. Design implementation paths and task objectives, and maintain consistency. Chemical Communication.
Participate The “Founding General Assembly and First Plenary Session of the National Technical Committee for Integrated Circuit Standardization” and the “First Session of the Fourth Term of the National Technical Committee for Semiconductor Equipment and Materials Standardization.” As a technical organization engaged in national standardization and closely linked to the industry, the Alliance attaches great importance to establishing long-term, stable relationships with these committees. It aims to gain a deep understanding of their key focus areas, stay abreast of trends in critical standards research and development, and thereby enhance collaborative efforts and better guide the development of the Alliance’s group standards.
