Announcement of the Review Conclusion for the “Quality Evaluation Indicators for Integrated Circuit Material Suppliers”

To all relevant units:

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the alliance’s group standards and based on the recommendations of the standard drafting organizations, to accelerate the enhancement of quality control capabilities among integrated circuit material supply chain enterprises, promote coordinated development across the industrial chain, and fully leverage the leading role of integrated circuit manufacturing and packaging enterprises, the Secretariat of the Standards Committee has organized experts from integrated circuit manufacturing enterprises, packaging and testing enterprises, and material enterprises to conduct a review. T/ICMTIA BS0032-2023 The group standard “Quality Evaluation Indicators for Integrated Circuit Material Suppliers” is undergoing a review.

The meeting focused on the evaluation indicator system of this standard and the content of the supplier assessment questionnaire for the Materials Alliance based on it. Participants discussed how to leverage the standard to enhance the quality of materials supplied for integrated circuits, and put forward measures and suggestions for improving and optimizing the standard. After unanimous agreement among the experts attending the meeting, a consistent conclusion has been reached regarding the review of this standard, which is hereby announced.
